Designed to cultivate a love for fitness and promote a healthy lifestyle, our CrossFit Kids Program offers a fun and engaging environment for children to develop strength, agility, and confidence.

With expert coaches and age-appropriate workouts, your kids will embark on an unforgettable fitness journey!

These fitness classes are fun, dynamic, and help kids develop:

-Balance, coordination, and agility

-Strength and endurance

-Leadership and team player skills

Class Schedule:

The program runs March 25th-April 18th (4 weeks)

CrossFit Pre-K (Ages 3-5):

Monday and Wednesday 3:30pm-4:00pm

FULL

CrossFit Kids (ages 6-12):

Tuesday and Thursday 3:30pm-4:30pm.

Ages 6-8 meet with coach Valentina. Ages 9-12 meet with coach Reese.
