Favorite CrossFit Athlete:
There’s many great athletes that I admire because just to be an elite athlete in CrossFit it takes extraordinary discipline. I would say Tia Toomey and Mat Fraser because not only are they the GOAT of CrossFit, but I really admire what they are doing now, teaching others how to reach their greatest potential. Mal O’Brien is also a beast and I love watching her compete.


Why did you choose to join the RFC Family as a trainer?
Well, I’ve been part of the RFC family since day 1 and have loved it since then, the programming, the community, the coaches. RFC has been my place to get a good workout in, get rid of stress, and be at a place that feels like a second family. The community and coaches are amazing, so what better than being part of the team and help people feel the same experience I did?


What motivates you to train every day?
Longevity and health, and wanting to be independent as I grow older. Training has always been a part of my day to day. I love how it makes me feel inside and out. My mom taught me from a really young age that in order to feel good and be healthy you have to exercise and be healthy, so, thanks mom!
