Why did you choose to join the RFC Family as a trainer?
I have never experienced a better community at any fitness center! The people at RFC lift each other up everyday. They help each other when in need, and always show up to work hard. I have seen our community come together to organize numerous charity events, beach clean ups, and fundraisers. Our community shows me everyday why I chose this as my path in life. To stay happy, healthy, strong, and capable as long as I live!


What motivates you to train every day?
Our clients. We have teachers, doctors, professors, engineers, architects, chefs, restaurant managers, real estate agents, military personnel, veterans, students, and more. They show up every single day to train and better themselves whether it’s before or after a long day at work. Most have families and kids or babies on the way, and they make no excuse to miss a workout. They take an hour of their day and dedicate it to bettering their health and fitness. This motivates me to continue training so I can be the best version of myself, and give the best version of my professional self to them.
