Favorite TV Show: The Challenge

Favorite cheat meal: Pizza or French fries but my #1 choice is ICE CREAM

Favorite CrossFit Athlete: I think there are many great athletes to just pick one, but I have to say that Tia Toomey is one of my top picks. When she first started competing she didn’t think she stood a chance but then she realized that it has to do with how you talk to yourself. She worked both mentally & physically. I admire this because I can identify with this. What you say to yourself & what you’re constantly talking about will become your reality, and we all have the power to change our reality.

Why did you choose to join the RFC Family as a trainer? Because I value the message it gives to the athletes, the encouragement to become a better person. Not just a better athlete but a better person overall. I love the way we get to help others overcome their obstacles, and encourage them to go for more in a healthy & safe way. Our vision is to be able to do this in the long run & not just in the short term by staying injury free & with good, high quality technique. The question should be, why not join the RFC family as a trainer?

What motives you to train everyday: I want to be a cool grandma (I don’t even have kids). I want to be strong, healthy in the long term. Be able to do cool stuff 80 year olds and 90 years olds can’t because they didn’t take good care when young. I don’t want to end up in a bed without muscle strength. If I do, let that be because of something out of my control and not because I lacked healthy eating & training habits.
