CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. Overall, the aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares trainees for any physical contingency—not only for the unknown but for the unknowable, too. Our specialty is not specializing.

Our Kids Fitness program focuses on cognitive development, affective development, and psychomotor development. Our little athletes learn rules, strategies, skills, and safety principles which enhance academic performance. On the emotional side, self-discipline, fun, learning how to win and lose, tension release, self-control, and self-expression are enhanced through the give-and-take of challenging oneself and competing with and against others. We pride ourselves with a kids Fitness program that emphasizes the learning of fundamental movements, motor skills, sport skills, and more!
Krav Maga is a self-defense system developed for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) that consists of a wide combination of techniques sourced from aikido, judo, boxing and wrestling, along with realistic fight training. Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations and its extreme efficiency and brutal counter-attacks. This system is used by military forces and law enforcement agencies world wide. Instructor Jorge A. Castillo is a 30 plus years veteran in martial arts. He hold international certifications in IKI Krav Maga, Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do and Taekwon-Do.
Our personal training sessions are taught by the owner and founder of Rincon Fitness Center and CrossFit Rincon. These one-on-one sessions are designed to help those with specific and individualized goals that may be different than what we offer in the group classes. Our goal at Rincon Fitness Center is to provide exercise for every person; no matter their age, size, experience level, or goals, we are here to help you reach your full potential! Coach Reese is an experienced Personal Trainer with a background in CrossFit and Weightlifting. She has helped many clients attain their fat loss goals, as well as adding lean muscle mass. We offer 30 minute sessions, 45 minute sessions, and 1 hour sessions.
